The Nemesis Dev Team has released a version 2 of their custom ROM called Nemesis Titanium.

This version has received a complete revamp of the graphics, it gives a much more colorful look to your device. This version also
comes kernel free so this time you may not have any problems
and/or conflicts when trying to install as you can use this with any kernel you want.

Instructions: 

1. Download the ROM to your sdcard
2. Boot into CWM Recovery
3. Wipe cache and data
4. Choose to install zip from sdcard
5. Locate and find the nemesis 2 zip file
6. Choose it, choose Yes when asked
7. Wait for installation to be complete, then go back and choose reboot system now
8. Enjoy
